START OF SOGGY AFTERNOON… Numerous showers and a few thunderstorms are happening early this afternoon across south Alabama & NW Florida. As expected, severe weather parameters are low, but not zero. This means that an isolated tornado or stronger storm featuring damaging wind gusts cannot be ruled out, although MOST of us across our region should not have severe weather issues.

LIVE STREAMING RADAR COVERAGE… We’ve started our live streaming radar coverage (no audio unless tornado warnings are required) available in the Live tab (bottom right, 4th tab) of the RedZone Weather app. You can beam this video up to your Apple TV or other streaming device to keep tabs on the radar, if you choose.

VIDEO SOON… Per our normal Sunday procedures, I’m in the process of getting graphics and text ready for your next RZW forecast video. That will be posted by 1:30PM unless we have tornado warnings before then. If a tornado warning is required for any part of our primary coverage area (defined here), we will start our live streaming coverage then.

See you in the video shortly!
