Heavy rain and storms are moving east to west into the Mobile metro area at the height of the 5PM rush hour. Ample lightning and very heavy rain are moving into Satsuma, Saraland, Prichard, Downtown Mobile, and areas near Brookley Field.
We’re also observing heavy downpours of rain near Uriah along AL21 in southern Monroe County, a storm near Crestview and Milligan, and a small, yet potent storm near Pleasant Home and the Solon Dixon Forestry Center in Covington County. All these storms are moving southwest.
