Storms are *finally* beginning to exit our area to the south into the Gulf of Mexico. It’s been a long 12 hours of dealing with storms across the region. As of 10PM, heavy rain and lightning continue near Navarre, Mary Esther, and Gulf Shores.
The complex of storms pushing east near Navarre will ultimately pass through Mary Esther, Wright, Fort Walton Beach, and Destin within the next hour.
I expect another round of showers and thunderstorms on Friday evening.
