Heavy rain and ample cloud-to-ground lightning are happening in central Covington and across much of Conecuh counties. As of 4:15PM, the strongest storm in our region is moving into Andalusia and Sanford near the Andalusia-Opp Regional Airport.
Numerous storms are also happening near Repton, Loree, Lyeffion, Owassa, and Lenox in Conecuh County.
All of these storms will continue to produce heavy rain, potentially some small hail, gusty winds, and lots of lightning as they move northeastward slowly.
