HIGH-LEVEL ALERT TEST… If you’re reading this, odds are you just received the first ever High-Level Alert test notification. For those of you looking to enter the $50 Visa gift card giveaway contest, here is how you do it:
Have you visited the Alerts tab (bottom right corner) here in the RedZone Weather app and tapped the large, yellow “Alert Settings” button to customize the alerts you want to receive straight from Spinks? If no, please do that. If yes, visit the Facebook post, like the post, and comment in what city/town/location where you watch RedZone Weather from. If you like and comment on the post, you’ll be entered into the giveaway contest for your chance to receive the $50 Visa gift card. NOTIFICATION PROBLEMS… If you did not receive a High-Level Alert, odds are you are not running the latest version of the RedZone Weather app. Be sure to visit the App Store for iOS or Google Play store if you’re an Android user and download the latest version of the app as an update. This update fixes several known bugs, including some related to notifications. If you’re running iOS or the latest version of the app on Android and you didn’t get the notification, send Spinks a message. A quick way to do this is to visit the App Menu (top right corner – three white lines icon), then scroll down to “App Support.” Fill in the three info boxes and send the message.
