STORMS CONTINUE ACROSS COASTAL COUNTIES… Scattered downpours of heavy rain continue across coastal counties of northwest Florida and also Baldwin County in south Alabama. At the moment, the heaviest rain in our region is happening near Destin, Miramar Beach, and Niceville along the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. This strong thunderstorm is moving west.
We also note several downpours happening in Baldwin County near Bon Secour, the Eastern Shore, Rosinton, and Loxley. These showers are also drifting east.
More storms will likely pop up in the hours ahead.
