HEAVY RAIN NEAR THE COAST… Thunderstorms are quickly firing basically along the seabreeze, about 10-15 miles inland from the Alabama and northwest Florida beaches. It appears the seabreeze is acting as a focal point for storms to fire today. At the moment, the heaviest rain is happening near Bellview, Broxson, and Eglin AFB in northwest Florida. Storms are also firing near Elberta, Elsanor, and Foley in Baldwin County.
More storms will pop up in the hours ahead across inland areas as well. Be ready for downpours!
