STORMS SLIDING SOUTHEAST… The complex of storms that has brought heavy rain to much of Clarke County over the last few hours continues to move southeast. Heavy rain and storms will begin shortly in Chrysler, Megargal, and Tensaw in northern Baldwin County. I wouldn’t be shocked if this complex of storms continues to slide into western Escambia County, AL over the next hour or so. That means you can expect rain in Huxford, Atmore, Nokomis, Booneville, and McCollough within the next 90 minutes.

Storms are also popping up near Dauphin Island, Bon Secour, Gulf Shores, and Fort Morgan in the southern part of Baldwin County. These storms will continue to bring heavy rain to areas near the Alabama beaches over the next hour.

Many of us will have rain/storms before the end of the day. Expect downpours!
