HOT LATE JULY WEEKEND AHEAD… We have a mixed bag of sorts coming up for the south Alabama and northwest Florida weekend. Most areas will have a partly cloudy sky for much of the weekend with sunshine and puffy, white cumulus clouds in place. There is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms each day today, Saturday, and on Sunday. High temperatures in the afternoon hours will peak around 93° with morning lows around 72°.
