STORMS FADING THIS EVENING… Showers are approaching the Alabama beaches from the north. If you’re in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, downpours are likely within moments.
The rain near Century, Walnut Hill, Bratt, Lake Stone, Wawbeek, Atmore, and Poarch is drifting east toward Flomaton. This complex of rain is quickly fading and should dissipate completely within the hour.
The heaviest rain in our area is happening in Covington County near Gantt, Heath, Straughn, and Andalusia. This complex of rain and storms will drift eastward toward Opp and Rose Hill over the next hour or so.
Another round of showers and numerous thunderstorms is expected on Tuesday across our region!
