STORMS SLIDING WEST… A line of showers and thunderstorms extending from near Loango/Red Level southward to Carolina, Wing, and Laurel Hill is moving west. These are pop-up thunderstorms that have morphed into somewhat of a line of storms. Heavy rain will begin shortly in areas near Brooklyn, Dixie, Bradley, and Hurricane Lake in northern Okaloosa County. These storms are not severe, but they are producing quite a bit of lightning.
