STRONG STORMS NEAR OPP, FLORALA, CRESTVIEW… The intense thunderstorms that have moved from west to east across our region are on the cusp of exiting our area to the east. Intense lightning is happening across northern Okaloosa and much of Covington counties. Multiple severe thunderstorm warnings are in effect for portions of southeast Alabama and the Florida Panhandle as this complex of storms moves east.
