STORMS NEAR EVERGREEN… The thunderstorms we’ve been tracking over the last few hours have reached inland stretches of south Alabama. Heavy rain and lots of lightning is happening near Evergreen, Lyeffion, and Bowles along Alabama Highway 83. Several other storms are also in progress near Jackson, Mexia, McKenzie, and Appleton.
Storms will begin to fade after sunset.
