FEW STORMS IN COASTAL AREAS… Most spots across south Alabama and northwest Florida remain dry as we approach the lunch hour. There are a few showers happening across coastal counties, but nothing major. A round of thunderstorms is expected to pop up across the region this afternoon. Severe weather is not expected, but definitely be ready for scattered downpours of heavy rain.
