DREARY, COOL EARLY EVENING… Most of the rain and showers today have been confined to coastal areas on the southern side of our region. Cloudcover, however, continues to be widespread across much of the Deep South. Because of this, temperatures remain in the 60s and near 70 across the region. I expect “more of the same” over the next 4-6 hours with a gradual decrease in the amount of shower activity.
