SUNNY, NICE MONDAY; COLD FRONT ARRIVES LATE TUESDAY… Our streak of gorgeous, blue sky days is set to continue on this Monday across south Alabama and northwest Florida as high temperatures make a run at the low-70s this afternoon. Cooler air is on the way for the latter half of the week after a cold front moves by early Wednesday morning. Absolutely no severe weather is in the forecast over the next 5 days.

A SHOWER OR TWO EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING… Another cold front is set to move across our local area from northwest to southeast. The front will move by late Tuesday evening into early Wednesday morning. The latest model runs continue to indicate that moisture will be pretty limited, thus rain coverage should be as well. We’ll call it a 10% chance of rain late Tuesday into Wednesday with vast majority of us likely to stay dry. It may be that just a few showers form along the front itself as it slides southeast. No big deal, which is great news!

COLDER BY END OF WEEK… Overnight lows Thursday morning and Friday morning will be near the freezing mark. Thursday will likely be the coldest day of the week as high temperatures struggle to hit the mid-50s. Sunny skies are expected Wednesday and Thursday followed by our next rain chance late in the day on Friday.
