12:05AM April 19, 2019

SITUATION OVERVIEW AS OF MIDNIGHT… It is now Good Friday, April 19, 2019. Storms are “loud and proud” across south Alabama and northwest Florida, but at the moment, NO storms are severe. We’re in a severe weather risk that continues through ~4AM for most areas. The severe weather risk will end for a given location once the cold front passes through. Right now, the cold front is draped across west Alabama extending southward into southeast Mississippi. We will begin to give out “all clear” messages as soon as the front passes through locales in our area.

At the moment, very heavy rain is happening across eastern Conecuh County, near Brewton, East Brewton, Flomaton, Century, Walnut Hill, Foley, and Orange Beach.

WHAT TO EXPECT THROUGH 4AM… The severe weather risk continues. Loud thunder, heavy rain, and gusty winds are likely as storms pass through your location. Tornado warnings will be possible.
