SUNNY SATURDAY… Sunny skies are likely on this Saturday with highs near 90°. We have a few showers and storms upcoming for Sunday afternoon and evening with more rain on the way for Monday. Let’s talk about a few forecast details…

RAIN & STORMS POSSIBLE SUNDAY AFTERNOON… Our next chance of rain happens Sunday afternoon and evening when isolated showers and thunderstorms will pop up across the region. Not everyone will have rain. Most folks probably won’t on Sunday as rain chances remain at 20-30%. High temperatures Sunday will be in the upper-80s.

SCATTERED STORMS MONDAY… Showers and thunderstorms will he likely Monday afternoon and into the evening hours. Widespread severe weather is not expected, but the stronger storms will likely produce heavy rain, lots of lightning, and gusty winds.

ANOTHER SLEW OF SUNNY DAYS AHEAD… Tuesday through Saturday of the upcoming week will likely be dry and quite hot! Several of the major global weather models are showing temperatures rising into the upper-90s by the end of the week. While the calendar may not show summer just yet, we can safely say that summer is quickly arriving. Plenty of sunshine is expected during the upcoming week after Monday.

I’ll have weather updates as needed today in the RedZone Weather app. Have a great weekend!
