SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING – LEROY… The National Weather Service has expanded the severe thunderstorm warning that was exclusively in effect for Clarke County into parts of Washington County in west Alabama. This warning polygon includes areas near Leroy and St. Stephens.
Gusty winds and small hail are the main concerns in addition to ongoing cloud-to-ground lightning.
