SCATTERED STORMS LOCALLY… Unlike what is happening well to our north in parts of the Midwestern U.S. where multiple tornadoes are happening, the Deep South is in a seasonal, summer pattern. Scattered storms continue to pop up across our region on this Saturday evening.
Right now, the heaviest rain is falling near L Pond, Castleberry, Jay Villa, Nymph, and surrounding areas near and just south of Evergreen in Conecuh County.
Widespread severe weather is not expected today locally.
