BECOMING SUNNY TODAY; MILD, NICE DAYS UPCOMING… Clouds continue to move out to our east today with sunny skies becoming likely as we get into the afternoon across the entire region. High temperatures on this Tuesday will be in the low 70s. Temperatures will be in the 30s inland and in the 40s by daybreak on Wednesday. We’re entering into a dry, nice streak of weather that will persist into the weekend. The only chance of rain we see in the next few days will be on Friday as a frontal boundary slides through. A few sprinkles and light rain showers may happen on Friday morning, but I expect most spots to remain completely dry. The upcoming weekend looks fantastic!

CHILLY TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT… Most of us across south Alabama and northwest Florida will have overnight lows in the 40s by 6AM Wednesday morning. Some communities near Thomasville, Beatrice, and Greenville may end up with overnight lows briefly in the upper 30s tomorrow morning. No freezing temperatures are expected locally. Frost may be possible in areas just to our north in parts of central Alabama.

SUNNY, NICE DAYS THIS WEEK AND INTO THE WEEKEND… Sunny skies are expected Wednesday and Thursday with high temperatures slated to be in the 70s. Overnight lows will be in the mid to upper 40s. Passing clouds will be possible Thursday evening into Thursday night, extending into Friday morning. I cannot completely rule out a few light rain showers early Friday morning, mainly in the hours before sunrise. Most locales across the region will remain dry. High temperatures on Friday will be in the mid 70s.

BEAUTIFUL WEATHER THIS WEEKEND… Full sunshine is expected on Saturday and Sunday. High temperatures will be in the low to mid 70s each day. This will be the nicest weather weekend we have had in quite some time. Make sure to get outside and enjoy it if you can!
