TROPICS QUIET; HURRICANE SEASON BEGINS JUNE 1… The Gulf, Caribbean, and Atlantic are quiet with no tropical storms expected to form over the next 5-7 days. The 2025 Atlantic Hurricane Season will begin on Sunday, June 1. Sometimes preseason tropical storms happen, particularly in the month of May, but as of now, trends point to no tropical issues anytime soon.
