HOT TEMPS THROUGH THE WEEKEND… High temperatures will be in the low 90s today, tomorrow, and on Sunday in what will be the hottest weekend so far of 2025. Afternoons will be quite summer like with plenty of heat and humidity. This will be a dry pattern today and tomorrow ahead of a few highly isolated showers becoming possible on Sunday. Overnight lows will consistently be around the 70 degree mark. We will be locked in this pattern until Wednesday of the upcoming week when a cold front will approach our area from the northwest. This frontal boundary will not bring in cold air, but it will bring in SLIGHTLY cooler, drier air for late next week.

TROPICS QUIET… The Gulf, the Caribbean, and the Atlantic are quiet with no tropical storms expected to form over the next 7-10 days. The 2025 Atlantic Hurricane Season will officially kick off on June 1.
