STORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON… Widespread and numerous thunderstorms continue to pop up across south Alabama and northwest Florida this afternoon. So far, no indications of any storms becoming remotely close to being severe, but we are seeing quite a bit of cloud-to-ground lightning in the strongest of the storms.
If you’re close enough to a storm to hear thunder, you’re close enough to the storm to be struck by lightning. Be inside if you’re near a storm!
