A Tropical Storm Warning is now in effect for parts of the Texas coast. NHC says in the latest 4PM advisory for #TD8 that there is a good chance this system becomes a tropical storm later this evening. If/when that happens, Hanna will be the name. pic.twitter.com/T3ZiLwHnhR
