TS Marco's low level center of circulation is well to the southwest of the mid level circulation that is observed on radar this morning to be moving northward. The low level center will approach southeast LA today. Heavy rainfall expected later today, especially coastal AL.

As TS Marco continues moving to the north-northwest during the next several hours, it will encounter strong vertical wind shear. The low-level center of circulation will then move off to the west as the mid and upper level circulation centers move more to the north.
