GUSTY WINDS NEAR MILLRY… A Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for parts of northern Washington, southern Choctaw, and western Clarke counties in west Alabama until 8:15AM. Gusty/potentially damaging wind gusts may be happening near Millry, Silas, and Gilbertown along the Alabama Highway 17 corridor.
LINE OF STORMS MOVING EAST… This convective band moving through west Alabama is the main line of thunderstorms moving by our region today. Behind this line of storms, the low-end severe weather risk will come to an end. Rain will linger into the afternoon and evening hours.
