SHOWERS NEAR I-65… Scattered showers continue to stream northeast in areas near the Interstate 65 corridor this evening. Rain is happening intermittently near Huxford, Atmore, Repton, Range, Perdido, and Bay Minette.
WHAT TO EXPECT – OVERNIGHT… Rain chances will increase overnight, particularly across parts of Monroe, Butler, Clarke, Wilcox, Washington, Choctaw, and Marengo counties as a broken line of showers and storms approaches from the north. Widespread severe weather is not expected, but some of the storms could be briefly on the strong side. I’ll have radar updates posted as needed in the RZW app.
Tracking weak circulation on radar in northern Tuscaloosa County near Lake Tuscaloosa and Samantha… If a tornado warning is needed for this circulation, the warning will be north of TCL/UA/Northport. https://t.co/4pWArJCONz
