CLOUDS MOVE OUT THIS AFTERNOON; TEMPS BELOW FREEZING TONIGHT… After the dreariness of the last few days, we finally get some sunshine this afternoon into this evening. High temperatures will rise into the low-50s today. There could be a shower or two around this morning before clouds clear out to the east, but I expect most of us to remain dry and fairly chilly today, despite sunshine returning in the P.M. hours. Thursday is slated to be sunny ahead of a few showers on Friday as an area of low pressure passes to our south in the central Gulf. Saturday and Sunday look dry and cool with highs in the 50s and lows in the 30s. Your Wednesday morning forecast details are below.

SUNNY ON THURSDAY… Sunshine will return in full force across the region on Thursday. We start the day with temperatures at or just below the freezing mark at 6AM. High temperatures are expected to rise into the low-60s.

FEW SHOWERS POSSIBLE FRIDAY MORNING… Rain chances remain low (10-20% chance), but not completely zero. We could have a few passing areas of rain, mainly near the coast, on Friday morning as an area of low pressure passes to our south across the north-central Gulf of Mexico. High temperatures on Friday will be in the upper-50s.

DRY SATURDAY; RAIN RETURNS SUNDAY NIGHT… The weekend looks seasonal with high temperatures slated to be in the 50s. Morning lows on Sunday morning will again be near or just below the freezing mark. There could be a few showers as early as Sunday evening, but I expect Saturday and the daytime hours of Sunday to be dry.
