? Don't fight the #RipCurrent! It is a natural treadmill traveling as fast as 8 feet per second – faster than an Olympic swimmer.
? For that reason, rip currents are life-threatening to anyone entering the surf!

MOSTLY SUNNY TODAY; SUNNY, QUIET DAYS AHEAD… Skies will become mostly sunny on this final day of February 2022. High temperatures will be in the mid-60s today ahead of increasingly warmer temperatures later this week. Our weather pattern across the Deep South is going to be remarkably quiet as we get into early March. I see no signs of any imminent severe weather or winter weather issues over the next 7-9 days. Temperatures will warm into the 80s this weekend.
