ALL IS QUIET IN SOUTH AL & NW FL… No tornado warnings, no severe thunderstorm warnings for any part of south Alabama or northwest Florida as of 5:20PM. Scattered showers continue to increase in coverage across west Alabama. Storms will likely ramp up a bit after 6PM. The only tornado warning in the state of Alabama as of 5:20PM on this Thursday evening is happening in parts of eastern Tuscaloosa County.
In addition to the tornado threat, wouldn't be surprised to have some hail falling on the southern side of the City of Tuscaloosa over the next few minutes…
