SEVERE STORMS IN S.E. ALABAMA & FL PANHANDLE PUSHING EAST… Multiple clusters of severe thunderstorms are happening this evening in parts of Southeast Alabama and the Florida Panhandle region.
STORMS APPROACHING OPP… The first group of thunderstorms has prompted a Severe Thunderstorm Warning valid until 8:45PM for parts of Geneva and Coffee counties in southeast Alabama. Gusty winds up to 60 mph are the main concern. This severe thunderstorm warning includes Ino, Kinston, and Coffee Springs. Heads up if you’re in Opp, Onycha, Babe, Eoda, and Rose Hill as this storm will approach over the next 30 minutes.
STORMS APPROACHING DEFUNIAK SPRINGS… The second batch of severe thunderstorms is happening near Graceville, Chipley, Vernon, Bonifay, Esto, Wausau, Alford, Cottondale, and Jacobs in the Florida Panhandle. Heads up if you’re in Westville, Redbay, or DeFuniak Springs. You are next in line to see these severe storms moving in from the east. Gusty winds up to 60 mph possible.
