It is a bit chilly outside for a late April evening. Most spots are already in the 50s as of 10PM. We're headed to the mid- to upper-40s in many spots, particularly across inland areas of southwest Alabama. 🥶 pic.twitter.com/dF5ALOfEcB

NICE WEATHER THIS WEEK… What a great looking 7 Day Forecast! Sunny, nice, mild days and cool nights are upcoming this week.
If you have an outdoor project that needs multiple days with dry weather, start now! Rain is possible in about one week or so toward the beginning of NEXT week.
BEAUTIFUL, SUNNY WEEK; MILD MONDAY; CHILLY OVERNIGHT… If you’re ready for a nice, sunny, mild streak of weather that will last for basically the entire week, this forecast is for you! Sunny skies are in the forecast on this Monday across south Alabama and northwest Florida. High temperatures will be in the low-70s across the region. Temperatures will be a bit below our climatological norms for this time of year as we get into the overnight hours. Most spots will be in the mid-40s by daybreak tomorrow morning.
SUNNY, NICE DAYS; WARMING TEMPERATURES… Mostly sunny skies are expected tomorrow and Wednesday as well. High temperatures will be in the mid- to upper-70s tomorrow ahead of highs in the low-80s on Wednesday. Overnight lows will be in the 40s and 50s Tuesday night and again on Wednesday night.
NICE WEEKEND UPCOMING… Partly cloudy skies are expected on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. High temperatures will be in the mid-80s with morning lows in the 60s by Saturday morning. No rain is in the forecast on Friday or Saturday. For now, I have kept the rain chances out of the forecast for Sunday as well, but there may end up being a low-end rain chance on Sunday evening.
NEXT RAIN CHANCE: NEXT WEEK… Unlike this week, NEXT week will probably feature more in the way of rain and perhaps thunderstorms as well. It is a bit too early for details to be resolved, but Monday and Tuesday (a week from today and tomorrow) may feature scattered showers and thunderstorms.
