GUSTY WINDS POSSIBLE… The Storm Prediction Center has added a low-end, Level 1 (out of 5) severe weather risk for inland areas of south Alabama valid for today into this evening. This risk zone is driven by a low-end chance of a few stronger storms producing gusty winds and perhaps some hail cores in the strongest of the storms. The overall tornado risk remains very, very low.
SCATTERED RAIN & STORMS LATER TODAY… Rain chances are slated to increase this afternoon into this evening. Temperatures will be in the low-80s for afternoon highs.

Also seeing a few storms near Gordo and Tuscaloosa pushing southeast.
