SCATTERED STORMS LIKELY… High rain chances are in store for south Alabama and northwest Florida on this Saturday. It won’t rain all day but I am expecting scattered to numerous storms around.
High temps in the mid-90s with heat index values again in the 105–110° range.
Enjoy the day!
Beryl is now a tropical storm in the southern Gulf but is likely to re-intensify to hurricane status before reaching Texas on Monday.
A Hurricane Watch is up as of 1:30AM Saturday from Barra el Mezquital, Mexico to San Luis Pass, Texas.

Y’all learn from my mistake and please reapply sunscreen – multiple times. I applied a bit at first (not enough, clearly) and then didn’t think to do it again.
My front and my back are redder than the sea of crimson at Bryant-Denny on a Saturday in September. Not good! 🔴

Good news at least. Beryl is looking like a hot mess tonight. A lot of work to do to get itself put back together. pic.twitter.com/RqyGOozAJ9
