STORMS NEAR BREWTON, BELLEVILLE, BAY MINETTE… Heavy storms continue this evening in parts of Escambia (AL), Conecuh, and Baldwin counties. These storms are drifting slowly east-southeast. Storms will fade after midnight. No severe weather expected but loud claps of thunder possible.

EVENING STORMS HANGING ON… Thunderstorms have developed near Barnett Crossroads, Wallace, Poarch, and Gilbertown this evening. Now that sunset has happened and the energy source for storms is diminishing, new storms should begin to fade in the next 1-2 hours.

Severe storms are not expected but don’t be surprised to hear some thunder if you’re near these storms.

ROWDY STORMS ACROSS N.W. FLORIDA… Pockets of very heavy rain continue to develop this evening across parts of Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties. New storms continue to fire up near the I-10 corridor near Holt, Harold, Milton, and Crestview.

These storms are below severe limits yet we continue to observe quite a bit of lightning, loud thunder, and copious amounts of rain in the strongest of the storms.

Overall storm coverage will fade away after sunset.
