HAIL LIKELY IN WAYNESBORO… Radar estimates show the likelihood of nickel-size hail happening along US45 near and just south of Waynesboro in southeast Mississippi. NWS Mobile has just allowed the severe thunderstorm warning that was in effect for parts of Wayne County to expire. We will not be getting a new severe thunderstorm warning for northern Washington or southern Choctaw counties in west Alabama for now. Instead, a significant weather advisory (the step below the warning) is in effect for areas near Millry.
