RAIN & STORMS LIKELY OVERNIGHT; SEVERE WEATHER RISK LOWER BUT NOT ZERO… Severe thunderstorms have produced several confirmed tornadoes across parts of central Alabama over the last few hours, but fortunately, we have not had any tornado warnings so far in south Alabama or northwest Florida. Over the next few hours, a line of strong to potentially severe storms will move in from the northwest. Some of these storms may briefly become severe, potentially producing tornadoes or gusty winds. Storms will gradually weaken while crossing our local area. We should be able to give a complete “severe weather all clear” to the entire region by 3AM Friday.
