While the strongest storms in the state of Alabama are likely across to happen this evening across the northwestern corner of the state (Muscle Shoals, Florence, Moulton, Russellville, Hamilton), the line of storms will continue moving southeast overnight, bringing a lower end severe weather risk to our local area. Please have a way to receive urgent weather warnings overnight! The overall tornado risk locally is LOW, but it’s not zero.
