LINE OF STORMS MOVING SOUTHEAST… The complex of storms we’ve been watching for hours over west Alabama has finally started picking up forward speed. A line of heavy rain and thunderstorms is moving southeast through Monroe, southern Clarke, and southern Washington counties. Lightning output has decreased somewhat over the last 10-15 minutes, but there almost certainly will be occasional lightning involved as this line of storms continues moving southeast.
