LINE SPEED INCREASING… We are finally beginning to get a significant pickup in forward speed of this main line of storms. My next Facebook Live video will begin right around 9:20PM and we would love to hear from you what conditions are like where you are, specifically.

STRONG STORMS MOVING ACROSS MONROE, WEST ESCAMBIA (AL), AND BALDWIN COUNTIES… The main line of storms has reached Monroeville, Atmore, Uriah, Huxford, Poarch, Bay Minette, all of the Eastern SHore region, Loxley, Point Clear, and Fort Morgan. At the time this update is being typed (8:50PM) no warnings, but again a severe weather risk (tornadoes/damaging winds risk) does continue until this main line of storms passes. Again, I’ll be on Facebook Live in about 30 minutes at 9:20PM bringing you the latest.

ALL CLEAR FOR CLARKE COUNTY… I can happily give all of Clarke County an ALL CLEAR as the tornado and damaging wind threat is now over for the entire county. Tornado Watch cancelled for Clarke County. Thomasville, Grove Hill, Jackson and surrounding areas will continue to have heavy rain over the next few hours and a Flash Flood Warning does continue, but the convective thunderstorm risk has now ended.

ALL CLEAR FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY… Same thing over in Washington and Choctaw counties… Tornado Watch cancelled for Washington and Choctaw counties. Very heavy rain at times will continue but the tornado/wind threat is now over for these areas.

ALL CLEAR FOR MOBILE COUNTY… The tornado watch has also been cancelled for all of Mobile County, AL. The severe weather threat has ended in Mobile County.

See you at 9:20PM on Facebook Live!
