SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS… ALL of our northwest Florida counties (Escambia [FL], Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa) are now under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 8:15PM. This includes ALL parts of these counties as a very intense line of severe thunderstorms is pushing south. HEADS UP if you’re on the beach near Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, Opal Beach, Navarre, Destin, Fort Walton, Miramar Beach… GET INSIDE RIGHT NOW! This is a line of storms capable of producing dangerous wind gusts in excess of 70-80mph.

A new severe thunderstorm warning has also just been issued for much of Baldwin County EAST of Alabama Highway 59. Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Elberta, Seminole, Elsanor, Foley, Summerdale, Robertsdale, Loxley, Steelwood, Gateswood, Bay Minette included. Be inside!
I have received hundreds of reports of power outages over the last few minutes… Public reports have come in from Sandcut, Lenox, Castleberry, Evergreen, Johnsonville, Brooklyn, Loango, Robinsonville, and Poarch stating power is out.
