HOT, SEASONAL DAY; TROPICS QUIET… Our streak of nice, seasonal, summer days is set to continue on this Wednesday. High temperatures will peak in the low-90s across south Alabama and northwest Florida. There may be a few pop-up thunderstorms around the region later today, but there’s a high chance that most of us will stay dry. If you happen to be under one of the thunderstorms, expect gusty winds, heavy downpours of rain in a localized area, and dangerous cloud-to-ground lightning.

TROPICS REMAIN QUIET… The National Hurricane Center says that tropical storm formation is not expected over the next 5-7 days across the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea, or Atlantic Ocean. That’s how we want to keep it!

See all the forecast details in your Wednesday #rzw forecast video that will be posted shortly here in the RZWeather app… Let me know if you have any weather-related questions. Enjoy the day!
