TINY, ISOLATED SHOWERS… 98-99% of us across south Alabama and northwest Florida are slated to be dry this evening. Just a few, tiny, very isolated showers have developed this evening. There’s a shower near Oaky Streak in Butler County drifting east. This shower should remain south of Greenville and north of Georgiana and McKenzie. A heavier shower is in progress along US331 near Ramer in Montgomery County…

SHOWERS NEAR CRESTVIEW… We’re also monitoring a tiny shower along Florida Highway 85 between Crestview and Niceville over Eglin AFB. This shower is drifting northwest.

TEMPS IN 80s… The air has a bit more moisture in it this evening due to a wind out of the southeast off the northern Gulf of Mexico. Temperatures are in the mid-80s now, and we’re headed to around 80° by 8PM. If you’re headed out to a high school football event, expect warm, dry conditions unless you’re near one of the previously mentioned showers. Again, most of us will be dry.

Scattered storms will return on Saturday afternoon. Rain chances are at 40% Saturday P.M.
