HEAVY RAIN IN BREWTON… Strong thunderstorms are happening near Dixonville, Jay, Fidelis, Berrydale, Riverview, and Sellersville. Heavy rain is happening in Brewton, East Brewton, Mexia, Frisco City, and Excel as well.
These storms are NOT severe, but lots of lightning is happening with them. Be ready to move inside quickly!

STORMS POPPING UP NEAR BREWTON & MONROEVILLE… Thunderstorms are rapidly firing up near the greater Brewton and Monroeville areas right now. Heavy rain is happening along the AL41 corridor between Brewton and the state line and then from the state line down to Milton on FL87. The storms across Monroe and Conecuh counties are also ramping up and producing very heavy rain.
STRONG STORMS ACROSS THE REGION… Storms have ramped up over the last 20 or so minutes across our region. Heavy rain is now falling in places like Brooklyn, Fairhope, Marlow, Hollingers Island, Theodore, Point Clear, Whiting Field, Bellview, Dixonville, Belleville, and Beatrice.
The thunderstorms around our region are drifting south. I expect storms to continue to pop up over the next 2 hours before we begin to lose daytime heating.
