SUNNY, COOL DAY; STRONG STORMS THIS WEEKEND… Sunshine is expected on this Tuesday. Temperatures are starting in the 30s and will rise into the mid-50s by the end of the day. We’ve got more clear nights and sunny days ahead, at least through Thursday. Rain chances rise toward the end of the week as our next cold front approaches from the northwest.

STRONG STORMS ON SATURDAY… Our next rain chance will come with the chance of a few stronger storms on Saturday. An area of low pressure will be moving by to our northwest, tapping into warm, unstable air that will be in place across our region by Saturday. This could potentially be a severe weather setup for parts of Alabama. It’s too early to be specific about potential hazards and placements of those hazards. Tornadoes could be one of those concerns. We’ll have more info later this evening.

I’ve got all the details for you in your Tuesday #rzw forecast video that will be available shortly in the RedZone Weather app… This is an abbreviated forecast discussion as I am on the road early this morning, headed to a school presentation. Have a great Tuesday!
