TORNADO WATCH CANCELLED… The tornado watch that was in effect for Covington and Okaloosa counties has been cancelled. Those two counties are now no longer involved. The tornado watch continues for counties to the east.
SEVERE WEATHER RISK ENDS… We can say with confidence that tornado warnings are no longer expected across southwest Alabama or northwest Florida. The severe weather risk has basically ended. Flash flooding will continue to be a concern overnight into Sunday across south Baldwin County and northwest Florida.
