SCATTERED STORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP… Heavy rain is happening intermittently across south Alabama and northwest Florida as of 3PM. Some heavier, more consistent rain is occurring near Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Niceville as a band of rain moves in from the south.
Heavy rain is also currently happening at Huxford, Uriah, and Poarch.
Showers and storms will continue to filter in from the south. The tornado risk remains very low, even at the coast. I’ll keep watching radar trends and bring you the latest in the RZWeather app.
