STORMS MOVING SOUTH IN ESCAMBIA (AL)… Strong storms are pushing southward across Escambia County, Alabama at this hour. Heavy rain extends from near Appleton eastward to Wing in Covington County. This batch of storms is about to bring very heavy rain to Brewton, East Brewton, Riverview, Dixonville, Pollard, Boykin, Keego, and surrounding areas. Lots of thunder and lightning, but storms are under severe limits for now. Good news! Elsewhere, scattered showers continue across the region.
