ALL CLEAR FOR LOCAL AREA; SEVERE WEATHER RISK ENDS… Now that the main squall line of storms has moved east of Okaloosa County, we can give a complete ALL CLEAR to southwest Alabama and northwest Florida. The severe weather risk has come to an end this evening. Heavy rain and occasional lightning will continue to be possible over the next few hours, but the risk of tornadoes and damaging wind gusts has come to an end.

DRIER FOR TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY… There could be a few showers around early Tuesday morning, but I expect any lingering rain to clear out by midday. Dry conditions will prevail from Tuesday afternoon through Thursday morning, including all of Wednesday when mostly sunny skies are expected. High temperatures will be in the mid-70s on Tuesday and Wednesday with overnight lows around 48 on Wednesday morning.

My next forecast video will be posted by 7:15AM on Tuesday. See you then!
